Intro to Baking Class – with Currys PC World and Kenwood

Last week I was invited to a bloggers Intro to Baking Class, with Currys PC World and Kenwood. I’ve been a little bit lax on baking recently with lots of things going on, so I jumped at the chance to get back in the kitchen, hoping for some inspiration.

Cuptails June – Pina Colada

I had such great hopes for these, as I love pineapple and pina coladas so much. Alas, these did not live up to my expectations, but that’s probably more my own fault than I’d like to admit.

Cuptails May – Ummmm Irish?

Ok, so this month’s cuptail may not be a ‘traditional’ cocktail. And even if it was, I’m not sure I could face drinking it. This month, the cuptail that henceforth shall be known as ‘The Irish Cuptail’ was made.

Cuptails April – White Russians

“Whatever happened to the April Cuptails?! You said you’d have a new cuptail every month!” is the cry that I imagine came from the internet at the end of April. I assure you, the April cuptails were not forgotten. In fact, they were baked and swiftly devoured at the end of April, but due to an unexpected business trip and issues with not being able to get pictures from my new phone to my computer, I’ve not had chance to write up this post sooner.

Cuptails March – G&T

Emma and I are both fans of cake. And cocktails. Naturally, putting cakes and cocktails together seemed like the best idea in the world. Boozy cupcakes? Yes please!

(Please note that we’ve decided to keep it clean and call them cuptails. The other version conjured up some frightening imagery in our minds)

But why keep them to ourselves when we could share them (well, our thoughts on them at least) with all of you?
